Until December 1, 11:59 pm PT, every credit pack comes with 2× credits, a new monthly plan gets 2× credits in month 1, and a new yearly plan gets 6 extra months of credits on the day you pay. Prices stay the same, and checkout shows the bonus line, so no code is needed.

The bonus credits are paid credits, so they never expire and stay in your balance after you cancel. Renewals, upgrades and plan changes use the usual credits.

Yes, credit packs are open to everyone with no plan needed, and every pack bought before December 1, 11:59 pm PT comes with 2× credits.

Choose monthly or yearly subscriptions, or a one-time credit pack. Video processing starts at 6 credits per second, so you pay for the video you process. Annual plans issue credits monthly in 12 installments, not all at once.

A video costs 6 credits per second on Basic, 12 on Pro and 24 on Ultra, so a 30-second Basic clip uses 180 credits. Basic and Pro export a transparent WebM for clips up to 3 minutes, Basic up to 1080p and Pro up to 4K. Ultra takes 1-minute clips at 4K and adds MP4 and MOV exports on a solid-color or green background. Video length is rounded up to whole seconds, and the total is shown before you start.

Yes — a new account receives 50 welcome credits once its email is verified, valid for 30 days after they are credited. Verified accounts also receive daily login credits, which expire at the next UTC midnight, so you can try RemoveVideoBG before you choose a plan.

Paid subscription and credit-pack credits never expire. Unused paid credits roll over and stay usable after you cancel a subscription. Free rewards keep their own expiry rules: for example, welcome credits are valid for 30 days, and daily login credits expire at the next UTC midnight.

No — you can buy a one-time credit pack with no recurring charge, or choose a monthly or yearly subscription. A subscription adds credits every month and renews until you cancel, while a credit pack adds all of its credits at once and never renews. Paid credits from both never expire.

Open Billing, choose Manage subscription and cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so your plan stays active until then.

The paid credits already in your balance stay usable and never expire after you cancel. A monthly plan stops adding credits when its paid period ends, while a yearly plan keeps issuing its monthly credits for the year you already paid for.

Yes — you can upgrade from the Billing page with Change plan, either to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing. The upgrade starts immediately, the estimated charge is shown before you confirm, and the extra credits are added automatically after your payment is confirmed.

Yes — credits are reserved when processing starts, and if the video fails to process they are returned to your balance automatically, with nothing to request. You can then try the video again.

Credit purchases are final, and we do not offer cash refunds. Credits are added to your balance once your payment is confirmed. If a result comes out wrong because of a problem on our side, contact us through the Contact page; once we verify it, we will refund the credits that were used.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Link, paid through our payment processor. Card details go straight to the payment processor.

Yes — every purchase has an invoice from our payment processor. For a subscription, open Billing, choose Manage subscription and find your invoices in the billing portal. If you need help with an invoice, contact us through the Contact page.
