Refunds and failed videos
Credits held for a video that fails to process are returned to your balance automatically, with nothing to file.
Credit purchases are final, as the pricing FAQ explains. If a result comes out wrong because of a problem on our side, email us with the details listed above, and once we verify it we will return the credits that were wasted. Read the pricing FAQ
Safety and scope
Support never needs your password, card number, or bank details, so please leave them out of the form and out of email.
